Closets come out

We have to prepare for the drywall work to start soon, which means making sure all the stud walls are really complete, adding some extra studs in places to support drywall corners etc. and foaming in the wiring in the ICFs downstairs. I also had to do the framing for the three closets downstairs - a linen closet in the hallway, a bedroom closet in the guest room and a somewhat larger one int the room destined to be my office.

Linen closet just opposite the guest bathroom.

It’s not exciting work but needs doing, and at least it doesn’t require any special equipment or strenuous mental effort. I also managed to complete the last little bit of downstairs subfloor, which means that after a little cleanup we’re ready for drywall down there.
