Looks pretty, causes chaos.

Still, we finally ordered the kitchen appliances and worked out what countertop stuff to use, and plenty of drywall action occurred. I managed to get the well pipe and cable through the foundations and into the mechanical room after some serious drilling, power chiselling and pipe wrangling.

Good overall progress this week. During a long power outage over the weekend the house seemed to stay nice and warm, which is a good thing. It certainly did better than the place we are renting, which turned into a refrigerator very quickly. Hmm, time to dust off those plans for a generator for the house?
