Completion of major combat operations

And just like when dear old GW said it (in 2003, amidst all sorts of testosterone fuelled bullshit), it’s not strictly true.

The major work inside the house is now all done. There are a few pieces of trim to install, some furniture to build, some touch-up painting to do, the usual stuff. This is a pretty big day but just like 2003 it isn’t the end of the war.

The downstairs hallway ceiling is not all installed, including the lights. One light was especially ‘fun’ since the original was inside an air duct. Don’t ask - I didn’t put it there. Since that location wasn’t optimal from a lighting perspective either, I just moved things a foot and solved both issues.

Now comes the fun of cleaning up all the mess and getting the pictures and furniture back in place. But - finished! Next stop, assorted outdoor items.
