Patio door trims finished

A whole lot of spraying has been done and there is a large stack of prepared window and door trim stock. The stair sub-assemblies are sprayed and ready to install when enough strong backs can be gathered.

Large bits of wood assembled into large components awaiting installation muscle.

The base boards for the downstairs took a fair bit of work to install because quite a lot of coping was required; some of the floor is a bit non-flat. I guess a large amount of self-levelling compound on the concrete would have helped there but it is quite expensive stuff so we skipped it. One of the last bits of window trimming got completed when I dealt with the two sets of patio doors.

Patio doors get doubled-up trim that ties into the main posts, just like the upstairs living room and kitchen corner windows. It added quite a bit of work to do it this way but it looks good in the end.
